Emma & Joe | Somerset Farm Wedding
Emma & Joe decided to get married on their own farm land at home in Cossington, Somerset and it turned out to be an epic day! Apparently it’s no easy feat to transform a working farm into a pretty, rustic wedding venue; but with all hands on deck they did a fantastic job. Second hand sofas from ebay, logs, old tyres, hay bails, tractor trailors and thousands of flowers turned their family farm into a magical location for a wedding. Emma got ready for the day at home over a period of several hours whilst the chaps had a last minute bacon sandwhich and draft cider at a friends house before jumping into their suits. The ceremony was at a beautiful village church in Cossington which was also adorned with a vast amount of sunflowers. After the ceremony there was a short walk back to the farm where the guests could enjoy canapes and drinks before tucking into a huge meal. Then on to the outdoor evening reception where there were burgers, chill out sofas, open fire and a lot of dancing! Here’s some of my favourite images from the day; enjoy!
