Alex & Dom | Primrose Hill Farm Wedding
Dom & Alex got in touch with me just before the first Covid lockdown in 2020 and like so many other couples at the time, had to postpone. We we very nearly unable to find a matching date in a our diaries but thankfully in the end, we managed to make it work! Dom and Alex were getting prepared for their day at different locations; Dom at Hotel Du Vin in Stratford-upon-Avon and Alex at Primrose Hill Farm, near Banbury in Oxfordshire which was the main venue for the day. I enlisted the help of my excellent photographer friend, Gabor from Kiss in Light photography to cover Dom’s morning prep and other angles during the day. His work is brilliant and you can find him here. I’ve worked at Primrose Hill Farm quite a few times since Sian & Philip tied the knot back in 2016 and it’s without doubt one of my favourite wedding venues in the UK. It’s a family run business made up of beautifully converted barns and Grade II listed buildings set amongst the gorgeous Oxfordshire countryside. Every part of the day has it’s own dedicated area so you never feel like people are being turfed out or moved around so the day flows effortlessly. JJ and his team are always improving the venue to very high standards, so there’s something new to work with every time I visit. If you’re still considering venues I’d highly recommend getting in touch with Primrose Hill Farm as you’ll be in very good hands! I hope you enjoy a selection of Dom & Alex’s wedding photos.
