As we entered the bustling town of Bruton, Somerset for Yvette and Nicks wedding the sun shone brilliantly from a deep blue sky. Our lovely bride was getting ready in one of the stylish rooms offered by At the Chapel where she had stayed with her bridesmaids the night before. Yvette’s room was a hive of activity with everyone being expertly made up in preparation for the day ahead. After everyone was ready, Yvette walked gracefully arm in arm with her proud father towards the church and her husband to be.
After the ceremony, the congregation made their way to Gants Mill which looked absolutely magnificent in the early summer sunshine. Guests congratulated our new husband and wife whilst enjoying drinks and canapés in the tranquil gardens outside the mill. Our fabulous couple were passionate about photography and keen to get a few shots in the mill which was great fun. Russell was in his element as he carefully sculpted light using his off camera flash gear! Later, we were also able to get some stunning shots as the sun set beautifully behind the Brue Valley.
We had a fantastic time capturing Yvette and Nicks wedding so thanks again for choosing us to share your lovely day. We wish them the very best for their future together!
“We used Russ and Laura for our wedding last year at Gants Mill and they were fantastic. They were incredibly flexible throughout the day and captured some spectacular shots.“
